Please be informed that, according to the official notice dated 08/18/2023 made by The Bank of New York Mellon (hereinafter — BNY Mellon) acting as a global issuer under the program of depositary receipts (hereinafter — DR) issued on shares of PJSC Gazprom (CUSIP: 368287207 and 368287108), BNY Mellon will maintain the closure of the books for the DR conversion requests received since 11/21/2022 in order to continue the reconciliation based on the results of the declarative conversion. BNY Mellon reserves the right to re-open its books for the DR conversion if/when the reconciliation is completed. Should this be the case, a separate announcement will be made.
